Packing is free of charge on all of our products; however, the prices shown for items on the website do not include charges for postage (delivery).
Payment will be taken at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by Paypal
There is a flat rate charge of £3.50 for postage and packaging to UK addresses. Small items will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class at a charge of £1.90.
All items to UK addresses will be posted out by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
We hope that you will be very pleased with any products you receive. However, if you are not entirely satisfied please let us know so that we can try to rectify the situation in the first instance. Please contact us before returning any item(s).
In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have seven working days in which to cancel the contract of sale and a full refund will be given. After this date, faulty goods returned within 14 days will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of Goods Act 1979. Please note that refunds will only be provided for items that are returned in their original unused condition. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred.
Please enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address and reason for return. Please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund. We would recommend that you return any items by recorded delivery as items lost in post cannot be refunded.
Please note that refund or exchange for any home-made treats will only be made once proof of correct storage has been provided.
If any item(s) arrive damaged you must inform us on the day of delivery. We will usually ask for the damaged item(s) to be returned to us but please do not return any items until you receive written confirmation to do so. Where possible a replacement item will be supplied. If this is not possible a refund will be given.
If you would like to arrange for delivery on a specific date please use the Special Requirements function at checkout, notifying us of the date you would prefer to receive you order, or any other additional information.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified above. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.
Our home-made treats are made with fresh human-grade ingredients and do not contain any artificial colourings or preservatives. As such it is important that they are used on day of purchase or if being kept longer they are stored correctly as per the instructions on the rear label of each product. Failure to store correctly will result in degradation of the product and we cannot be held responsible for any losses as a result.
1. Classes remain OPEN with some taking place outside and the remainder are live streamed via a private group with practical exercises and teaching
2. 121 training is conducted via video link or outdoors
3. Behaviour consultations are conducted via video link
4. Treats are available from the shop delivered to your home
In the event of an enforced closure all classes shall be live streamed to you via a private group. We understand these are worrying times and we shall provide training to you via any of the given options above.
